Apply to Become a Ranter
Are you an opinionated person? Are you passionate about your opinions? Do you get easily annoyed or agitated? Even if you don’t, you surely have a list of pet peeves that continues to grow. Wouldn’t it be nice to find more people who share your opinions?
RantFire is a home for rants about the things we hate and the things we love, but for the Rants to be truly honest, the writers must be anonymous (or write under pseudonyms). This is not negotiable. Racism or Sexism is NOT ALLOWED, c’mon, we’re here to have fun.
Serious Applicants: Please Read the Following
Application Form Requirements
We value your privacy, but if you wish to rant for us, we require the following Demographic Information: Your Age, Gender, Hair Color, Ethnicity, and Region (within United States). We use this combination of info to better determine what might influence your perspective. We would like as many different perspectives as possible. Please enter your demographic information into the form at the bottom of this page. The form also requires your First Name, Email Address, and most importantly a Sample Rant. Please fill in all required fields.
We’re Looking for People who Fit with Us
They don’t have to be exactly like us, but should complement the kind of ranting that RantFire usually produces. We will look over your sample rant and any potential usernames you provide. If we like what we see, we will be in touch with you at the email address you provide (below) to discuss becoming an author at RantFire.com.
This Really All Boils Down to Your Sample Rant.
If your sample rant is subpar, has bad spelling and grammar, or isn’t interesting or engaging enough we probably won’t contact you. We like seeing passionate rants, but that doesn’t mean we want you to type incoherently in anger. Passionately prove your points in a cool, calculated manner, and convince the reader that you are correct. The rant doesn’t have to be anything Earth-shattering, something like: “I hate vegetables with a passion, here is why…”
Be passionate about what you’re writing, if you feel it, we will feel it too.
Sorry if that was a little cheesy, I thought we had a moment there.
